PLAN
These plans consist of weeks of online coaching and meal planning. I will be putting together your meal plans and adjusting it as the week progresses. I will also be keeping track of your weekly cardio and make sure with everything in my power, you are hitting the weight goal set for that current week. We will do weekly check ins every 7 days, consisting of weigh ins and periodic photos to keep track of progress and adjust the following weeks meal plan accordingly.
